What is the Law
Title V of the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA) generally prohibits any financial institution directly or through it s affiliates from sharing nonpublic personal information about you with a nonaffiliated third party unless the institution provides you with a notice of its privacy policies and practices. Over the course of our everyday business, we may share your information to process your transaction, maintain your account, respond to court orders or report to credit bureaus.

The type of information that we collect and share depends on the transaction that you have with us. This information about your transaction can include:

- Mortgage rates, payments and balances
- Checking account, savings accounts, credit card statements and wire information
